This 400 sq ft two story home, which was built in the 1900 and renovated in 2019, is full of character. It consists of a living/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living area and bedroom are upstairs, while the kitchen and bathroom are downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric stove/oven, a coffee maker, and a microwave.

It comes supplied with coffee, a selection of teas and cooking utensils, should you want to put your discoveries at the local Farmer’s Market to use. If you want to unwind and relax, head up the set of slightly more narrow, interior stairs to the living room and the bedroom, where you will find a 55 inch Smart TV with access to Roku, Hulu, Netflix, and more than 50 channels, including CNN, HGTV, ESPN, The Food Network and many others.

The bedroom has a luxurious new full-size mattress, and there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room area. This space is great for couples/solo + business travelers/small families.

We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
